Easy to install and makes my ride more comfortable. The spring is adjustable for your comfort level by turning a nut at the base of the post. There are also measurements on the post to return the seat to your preferred height. Overall a great purchase.

I have the Defiant and it has no suspension at all. This seat post makes a huge difference. The ride is more comfortable.

I finally got to ride my bike with the Zoom Suspension Seat Post on it and it was awesome. I aimed at various rough spots in the road I was riding on, and it just went right on over the bumps and I barely felt them.

My earlier review mentioned the "mouse squeak" when the shock was compressed. After about 20 miles of riding, it's almost gone. Ordering another one for my wife's birthday today.

Easy installation. I weigh 190 lbs. and the shock worked very well. Absorbed bumps and reduced impact. I would have given five stars if it weren't for the squeak when the shock compressed going over a bump. Sounds like a little mouse. That said, the squeak doesn't bother me so far. I'll use it for a while then write another review after I put some miles on it. My reaction is favorable.
