Rouge’s a well-made bike. Customer service during and post-sales was excellent. Miss Jaqi was thorough, and made sure all concerns were addressed fast and satisfactory. David at the tech dept, was knowledgeable, and kind too. CEO even emailed me on a trivial hiccup. Keep up the good work, I should be buying another one soon.
