Rack came on day they said. Was easy to install. Put on back portion first then the front. Had to bend the front attachments slightly to align to screw holes which worked fine.

This rack is a good fit for the Defiant bike. Sturdy and offers the ability to add a basket.

Received the rack before expected date. Installed easily, in less than 15 minutes. Nice sturdy, wide rack. You can easily strap backpack or box. I highly recommend!

This rack is quite possibly the most versatile option available for the defiant, with its more than abundant cargo area and its very well thought out cross bars it makes securing just about anything that fit's down onto the rack a snap. We added some large bags and had no issues at all securing them to the rack. Only complaint and it’s not really a complaint was the two front mounting bars needed to be tweaked just a little bit, this was easily accomplished with just a little care using my bare hands and once bent into shape it bolted right on with the supplied hardware. I did use a touch of anti-seize on each of the mounting Allen bolts since the frame is aluminum and the Allen bolts were steel figuring that there maybe some dissimilar metal corrosion that could be created and if they ever have to come off for any reason the anti-seize would stop any corrosion from occurring. Plus with super fast shipping and tracking information supplied they kept me informed as to when my order would arrive. Most certainly a company who thinks ahead to keep its customer base happy.

This rack was actually bigger than expected! I was pleasantly surprised with the size and quality of the rack, the fender had to be pushed down just a tad but it does not hinder it's effectiveness.

Bike rack arrived in a timely manner. I would recommend that the front bracket be factory bent to match the correct attachment angle. When bending it to fit, a very small piece of powder coat paint flaked off. DEFIANT E-Bike is great!!!

Received two racks today for our Defiant bikes. When I tried to mount them I instantly noticed they would not attach to the bikes without a little modification (bending) to the racks. I used an adjustable wrench to bend the brackets to fit the top screw mounts just under the seat. Once I got the hang of it, it wasn't that hard to get them to fit properly. The racks are quite sturdy and could clearly handle anything I'd like to attach/mount to them. The racks do not reduce the folding size of the bikes either. In summary, if it weren't for the the little bending of the rack to get them to fit, I would have given it 5 stars.
