I purchased a Utility Cargo Trailer and it is a beast! It worked as hoped and actually better than expected. Due to unforseen circumstances I accidentally was able to damage an internal part on one of my outings. I was very discouraged, that I was not able to continue on with my endeavors out in the field. To my surprise, not only did the cart continue to work while damaged, but under a heavy load and not in the most desired terrain, but I was able to complete my task at hand. I reached out to Customer Support and they quickly identified the part I was inquiring about and promptly and professionally rectified the situation with the best outcome possible for me. I am very satisfied with my experience overall and highly encourage anyone intered in purchasing from this company. What a cart!! I even rode on it with my buddy toting me on his ebike. I weigh 225 lbs and this cart is awesome!
