We recently had a malfunction with the accelerator throttle on one of our bikes. Matthew R was extremely helpful and was quick to respond to all our emails and questions. I only gave 4 stars because, these bikes are only 16 months old and to have this accelerator throttle malfunction this early in their life was a little disappointing. We only use them in the summer months when we are sailing, and they are kept in their storage bags in between uses so they are never in the weather. This particular bike only had 246 miles on it, and I just feel we shouldn't have had this issue this soon.
