We have two defiant bakes and have had them for two years. Over the last year we have been upgrading them with front shocks, mirrors, shock absorbing seat posts and new brakes. The batteries had given us about 2,500 miles and were at the point of charging after every ride. We usually ride 25-30 miles each time we go out and we don’t want to be without power so we went ahead with purchasing new batteries. The new batteries arrived on time with the new plate kits. I installed the plate kits and the new batteries work as advertised. Now we have backup batteries also. We are so happy that we found Jupiter bikes. The bikes have performed exceptionally well and the customer service department has helped us many times. I recommend Jupiter bikes and all of the products we have purchased from them have performed outstandingly. Great products and great service equals happy customers. We love Jupiter bikes!
