I recently had to purchase two Jupiter, defiant battery chargers. When an issue came through during the billing, I received a phone call from one of their wonderful staff, and they were able to work out the issue and not only that followed up with a phone call three days later to ensure that everything had arrived as I ordered it. I had another service question and they took the time to answer the questions and try to help troubleshoot any problem that I had. I highly recommend Jupiter Bikes to anyone and I’m so grateful of mine.
